Bereatha Howard | Climate Equity Program Coordinator, The CLEO Institute

Bereatha was born and raised in Overtown, Miami, Florida. She attended St. Francis Xavier, a private school, also located in Overtown, Miami, and has enjoyed the privilege of residing in Allapattah, Opa-Locka, Miami Gardens, and Liberty City. Bereatha holds two Associate in Science degrees from Miami Dade College, and is a lifelong continuing student of education.
 
Bereatha is a dedicated community advocate and diligently supports organizations that are making a difference in the community.  She is an ordained Minister at Spirit of Christ Church and is in the process of becoming a certified trauma counsellor. She enjoys teaching mature adults how to work with technology.
