Model Community Benefits Agreement
Along with a coalition of South Florida organizations, Catalyst Miami helped author a model community benefits agreement (CBAs) for organizations and community members to use when advocating for benefits from real estate developers entering their communities. CBAs are enforceable, binding agreements between communities (both community organizations and individual community members) and developers that install anti-displacement measures and allow for the distribution of benefits from new real estate to positively impact community members.
