Natalie Castellanos *(she/her)| Vice President of Advocacy and Services
Natalie Castellanos leads Catalyst Miami’s health and wealth-building services and is supporting the integration of Catalyst Miami’s public policy, services, and community engagement work. Her past roles include policy and public affairs director at Health Foundation of South Florida, healthcare access attorney with FIU College of Law’s Clinical Program, and assistant professor at FIU’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine, where she continues to teach medical students advocacy and medical-legal topics.
Natalie is passionate about advancing health equity and supporting collaboration across non-traditional partners, like social service providers, lawyers, health care professionals, and frontline communities.
In 2022, she completed a Fulbright Lecturer & Research Scholar award in Buenos Aires, Argentina, focused on understanding interdisciplinary approaches to advancing health equity and human rights. Natalie grew up in South Florida, and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, and JD from Florida International University College of Law.
